This past weekend we put on our annual music festival ORMF (Operation Restore Maximum Freedom). Such a fun day!

Sasquatch here I come!
Today I told listeners of my radio show on KDVS that if we raised $750 during an hour and a half I would get a tattoo of my favorite childhood stuffed animal I’ve had since the day I was born, a bunny, tattooed on me. We ended up raising $936!
I’ve been on the fence about getting a tattoo for a bit but I’m excited! It’ll combine all the memories from my childhood as well as the memories of my time at KDVS into one. I could write pages upon pages about the impact KDVS has had on my life, and all the opportunities it has opened for me. I can’t wait to carry a part of that love around with me. Long live freeform radio!

I hadn’t read much about Devendra Banhart besides the anecdote that floats around Tumblr explaining how he proposed to his now fiance the second he saw her. Pitchfork just ran an interview with him and I was surprised with how much I connected with it. Pretty excited for his new album and I can’t wait to see him at Sasquatch!
